Local film maker John Harris is currently recording the refurbishment of Tower Bridge  and Southwark Bridge  for the City of London, Corporation.

John Harris recorded the dismantling, restoration and rebuilding of Sir Christopher Wren’s Temple Bar Gateway, which stood for many years at Theobalds Park, Cheshunt and more recently the restoration of the Monument to the Great Fire of London.

The BBC has just published a selection of images taken by John Harris showing some of the work being carried out on Tower Bridge.

John Harris will be recording the Archaeological Dig at Cedars Park, Cheshunt on behalf of Lowewood Museum during July 11 & 12 2009.
